My West Coast Island roots drive me to the outdoors, to mountain peaks, and ocean tides. I am always living with one foot in both worlds, yearning for the energy and buzz of the city life. I get it when I can. I am passionate about heart pumping music, nourishing food, and the written word. Put a pen in my hand, music in my ears, and a trail under my feet.
